Made with freshly toasted peanuts (roughly ground for a chunky texture), butter, icing sugar, and flour, they are rolled into balls/shape  and baked to perfection.

This buttery peanut cookie has become my husband’s favorite snack in the evening with a glass of whisky, while I enjoy it with a cup of tea.
