Description :

Tekwan is traditional fish ball soup from Palembang (South Sumatera -Indonesia). The fish balls are made from fish, tapioca flour and spices similar to Pempek (Fish Cake). These are then presented in a prawn broth, served with glass noodles, black mushroom, white radish, lily flowers, chives, fried shallot and chilli.  You can also add chopped cucumber with some lemon juice if desired. 

This Package can serve up to 2-3 people
